1. Quality Assurance & Inspection
We take immense pride in the quality of our 1:1 Super Clones. Every single watch is thoroughly inspected, timed, and tested for functionality by our team in Dubai before it is packaged and shipped. We check for cosmetic defects, bezel alignment, movement operation, and overall finishing to ensure you receive a top-tier product.
2. Return Eligibility Window
We have a 3-Day Inspection and Return Policy. This means you have 3 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to inspect the item and request a return.
- Deadline: Requests made after the 3-day window will not be accepted.
- Notification: You must contact us immediately upon noticing an issue.
3. Conditions for Returns (When We Accept)
We accept returns only under the following specific conditions:
- Defective on Arrival (DOA): The watch arrives and does not run, or a complication (chronograph, date wheel, etc.) is mechanically non-functional.
- Significant Cosmetic Flaw: The watch arrives with a scratch, dent, or mark that was not present in the pre-shipment images/videos or was clearly missed during our inspection.
- Wrong Item Shipped: You received a different model or factory version than what you paid for.
4. Non-Returnable Conditions (When We Decline)
Due to the nature of replica products, we cannot accept returns in the following situations:
- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for “buyer’s remorse,” “doesn’t look good on my wrist,” or “decided I don’t want it.”
- Watch Resizing: If you have removed links from a metal bracelet, resized the watch, or attempted to adjust it, the return is void .
- Signs of Wear: If the watch shows any signs of being worn (scratches on clasp, caseback stickers removed, leather strap creased), we will refuse the return .
- “Perceived” Flaws: Super clone watches are not genuine. If you are unhappy with the weight, the feel of the bracelet, or the slight differences compared to a genuine model (which you agreed to when purchasing), returns will not be accepted.
5. The Return Process
To initiate a return, you must follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Within 3 days of delivery, email us at [Insert Your Email Address] or contact us on WhatsApp with your Order Number, a clear description of the issue, and photos/videos showing the defect.
- Return Authorization: Do not ship the watch back without our confirmation. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return shipping address.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping . We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us .
- Inspection: Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it to verify the defect and ensure it meets the “Original Condition” criteria.
6. Refunds & Exchanges
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will offer you a replacement (exchange) for the same model or a store credit valid for future purchases.
- Refunds: Direct refunds to the original payment method are generally not offered due to the high-risk nature of the industry. However, if a refund is granted as an exception, it will be processed minus a 15% restocking and handling fee to cover our initial shipping and processing costs .
- Timing: Approved replacements or store credits will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
7. Shipping Damages & Lost Packages
- Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery or take photos of the damaged outer box immediately. Contact us within 24 hours so we can file a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement .
- Lost Packages: We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the courier marks the item as “Delivered.” If a package is lost in transit before delivery, please contact us immediately so we can track it with the shipping carrier.
8. Warranty on Functionality
While we do not offer a “lifetime warranty” on super clone movements, we stand behind the mechanical function of our watches.
- Coverage: We provide a 6-month warranty on the movement . If the watch stops running or the movement fails due to a manufacturing defect within 6 months of purchase, send it back to us (customer pays shipping to us) and we will repair or replace it free of charge (we pay return shipping).
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover water damage (even if stated as “water-resistant”), crystal breakage from drops, or damage caused by unauthorized local watch repair attempts.
